Wires of Love...

I often think what the night holds,
I often crib about what u seem like,
Mirages of your shadows often flash, and
Talk through the mirrors of thoughts to mine…

Sensations of the times gone by,
Irritations of the days we did not spend awhile,
Will always mar,
Somehow, it will always scar.

Sane was I who loved you insanely,
The detriment it caused was indeed heavenly,
No longer did I think of your absence,
As you are still present in me, bodily.

Forlorn is my mind,
Innocuous is my heart,
Alas!
What immorality has ensued….

  2. Immortality is the gift of lost love, isn't it? Well, one thing though: do not put extra stress on rhyme -- it shows that you have and that defeats the very purpose of rhyme -- think abt it love. You write cho well, BTW.
